- Ample photos Within reasonable limits we'll shoot as many photos as it takes to showcase your rental effectively.
- Video, we'll shoot, edit and then post up to 90 seconds of video if necessary. (Most rentals require less than 90 seconds.) The unique way we do video gives a renter the best possible feel of walking through the apartment, further reducing 'dead end deals', and no-shows. ...Video is Virtually the next best thing to being there. You judge.
- Networking, GiGGaRentals.com will link your rentals on Craig's List, and/or others.
- Yard & Window Signs,will be placed on advertised properties to assist in marketing your rental to the public. Some banners will be available for some rentals in high traffic areas.
- Third Party Verification, When we come shoot your rental, we'll have documentation attesting to the condition of your rental unit as seen in the photos and videos that we take of your rental,
